I’m beyond grateful for Yashika's guidance and support on my fitness journey after pregnancy. She stood by me with patience, encouragement, and so much positivity when I needed it the most. With her knowledge and personalized approach, I not only lost 5kgs but also regained my strength, stamina, and endurance. She believed in me on days when I doubted myself and kept reminding me that progress is possible with consistency. Her diet and workout plans were practical and sustainable, and they helped me rebuild both my energy and confidence step by step. She pushed me to go beyond what I thought I was capable of, and because of her, I was able to complete a half marathon — something I never imagined I could do so soon after childbirth. That moment will always stay with me, and I owe it to her unwavering support. She is not just a trainer, but a true motivator and a constant source of strength. I feel healthier, happier, and more confident today because of her, and I’ll always be thankful for everything she has done for me.
Weight reduced- 75kgs to 68 kgs Time taken - 3 months HbA1c - 6.7 to 5.7 Am a working mother of a 3 year old boy. Managing stressful work and home and kid is not an easy task at all. With minimal activity over the past 3 years, health took a toll. And I didn't realise until there was a red flag on a routine health check up. HBA1C was at 7.1 which is not even pre diabetic range. I was weighing an all time high of 77 kgs. FITTR was my obvious choice to get my health on track. I thought a South indian would help make my diet plan align to my day to day cooking. I was soooo wrong. My first coach's diet or workout plan didn't help me much. Then after 3 months opted Yashika as my coach and then things changed for good. Understood how to balance diet and that too in a way that is very much possible to do. Workouts are fun to do too. There are weeks when I used to satisfy all the checkmarks but there are weeks when work was so hectic that I couldn't work out for at least 30 mins or even finish 10k. That's where talking to Yashika helps. She motivated me to squeeze workout in my busy schedule. Great thanks to her. In 3 months my HBA1C reduced to 5.7 which is almost non diabetic. All of it without diabetic medicines. Thanks Yashika and I shall continue to follow healthy lifestyle.
Yashika is a wonderful coach. This was my first experience with an online coach and I was very worried about my journey but Yashika made it very simple and was always available to respond to all my questions. She’s an expert in her dietary knowledge and gave adequate information about all her recommendations. Through my time with her, I was able to focus on my diet a lot, something that I was unable to do for a very long time. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to understand your food and your body better!
Yashika has been an incredible coach—always just a message away, no matter the time zone. Her constant motivation and support have made this journey enjoyable and sustainable. In just 11 weeks, I’ve lost 3–5 inches across my chest, waist, hips, and quads and gained a lot of strength in lifting heavier in gym. The diet plan she gave me is super comfortable, with no rush or stress. I still have a long journey ahead with her and I’m excited for what’s to come. Highly recommend her!
