7 gm makhana ,30 gm Amul protein dahi ,30 gm Amul paneer,15 gm blueberry,2 dates and sweetener of choice
Grind makhana and dates in grinder ,take it out in glass jar ,press it evenly n let it set in fridge for to mins ,mix paneer and dahi and grind it in mixi till smooth paste pour it on date makhana mixture ,keep it in fridge ,cut blueberries add small quantity of water let it cook for to three mins on medium flame ,add sweetner and lime juice ,once cooled pour it on cheese cake as final layer ,let it set in fridge for few mins
