Chicken breast 150gm

Carrot ribbons/shredded,onion,garlic,pepper

Butter 10gm

Chilly oil 2gm

Salt

Honey 10gm

Method

Step 1

Boil whole chicken breast (less water)with black pepper let the water dry away Chop in pieces Stir fry in butter adding some salt

Step 2

Add pepper sauce,soy sauce,white vinegar,ginger garlic,honey

Step 3

Add carrot,onion,spring onion at the end

Step 4

Add sesame seeds for garnish
