100 g boiled chickpeas • 100 g skyr yogurt • 25 g paneer (cubed) • ~100 g chopped bell pepper & tomato • Salt to taste • Red chilli powder • Chaat masala • Roasted jeera powder • Coriander chutney (optional) • Fresh coriander leaves
In a bowl, add g skyr yogurt. . Mix in salt, chilli powder, chaat masala, and roasted jeera powder to make a flavorful yogurt base. . Add boiled chickpeas and mix well so they get coated with the yogurt. . Add chopped bell peppers and tomatoes. . Add paneer cubes and gently mix everything. . Add a little coriander chutney for extra flavor (optional). . Top with fresh coriander leaves and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
