Ingredients

chicken -200gms capsicum -100gms vinegar-5gms onion -75gms ginger garlic paste-15gms soya sauce-15gms tomato puree- 25gms greenchilly-2 pepper-5gms oil 20gmsand cornflour-5gms

Method

Step 1

Boil the chicken with salt water and vinegar. when it is well cooked take out the pieces and keep the broth aside,let the broth cool down for some time then add soya sauce ,fresh tomato puree,chilli paste and corn flour whisk it well.

Step 2

Heat oil in another pan add boiled chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste and salt into it saute for mins now add onion cubes and capsicum again saute it on low flame for another mins now add the soya sauce mixture into it mix it well lastly add some pepper into it. serve it hot with rice or roti.
