1.5 L cow milk ½ cup vinegar 5 g butter ½ packet settled ENO water 50–70 ml milk Salt + mixed herbs
Heat milk until warm (not boiling). Add vinegar, stir until milk curdles. Strain through cloth and wash paneer well. Let water drain completely. Add paneer to grinder with butter, salt, herbs. Add ENO water + – ml milk. Grind till smooth and creamy. Store in airtight jar. Refrigerate (up to days).
