100 g curd ½ medium cucumber (approx 75–80 g), grated 10 g grapes, sliced into thin rounds Mixed herb seasoning – to taste Black salt – to taste
Grate the cucumber and lightly squeeze excess water if needed. Slice the grapes into small round pieces. In a bowl, add curd and whisk till smooth. Mix in grated cucumber and sliced grapes. Add mixed herbs and black salt. Stir everything well and serve chilled or at room temperature as per preference. Simple. Refreshing. No cooking required.
