Ingredients

Ingredients (1 serving) Whole eggs – 2 Milk (low-fat recommended) – 150 ml Whole wheat flour – 1 tsp (~5g) Ghee – ~5g total (Β½ tsp + ~3g) Garlic – 2 cloves (finely chopped) Mixed herbs – Β½ tsp Salt – to taste Coriander – 1 tbsp (chopped)

Method

Step 1

️⃣ Scrambled Eggs Beat eggs with salt + mixed herbs Heat Β½ tsp ghee, prepare a soft scramble (keep it slightly moist) Set aside ️⃣ Creamy Garlic Base Heat remaining ghee (~g) in a pan Add chopped garlic, sautΓ© till aromatic Add tsp whole wheat flour, roast till light golden (no raw smell) ️⃣ Sauce Prep Slowly add ml milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps Bring to a boil β†’ then simmer Add salt + optional herbs/seasoning ️⃣ Final Mix Add scrambled eggs into the sauce Cook for minutes on low flame Garnish with fresh coriander note: You can replace eggs with paneer or any veggies of ur choice
