Soya chunks 20gms

Curd 100gms

Ghee 5gms

Salt, red pepper, cumin powder, onion, tomato, green chutney

Method

Step 1

Dry roast soya chunks in ghee for – minutes until crispy. Add salt & Maggi masala and mix well. Switch off the flame, add curd, then mix in onion, tomato, green chutney & spices of choice. Eat immediately to enjoy the crunch 😋
