Masoor dal 30 gm Tofu 90 gm Wheat flour 30 gm Onions 1 cup chopped Tomato 1 cup chopped Coriander leaves Lemon juice Turmeric Chill powder Zeera Garlic 1 clove Amchur powder Salt Oil for tadka
Grind tofu , mix with wheat flour and salt and make a soft dough with little water.. Boil dal with turmeric, salt, chilli powder. For making Dhokli , you can take small balls of dough and flatten it with roller or palm.. I rolled a big chapati and cut it in small circles with the help of a cookie cutter .. Give Dhokli a shape with small hole in center.. put all the Dhokli in boiling dal.. Now prepare a tadka, heat oil, put zeera. Chopped garlic, chopped onion and tomato, put some chili powder and amachur powder.. Mix tadka with Dal and garnish it with coriander and lemon juice.. Enjoy
