Potato: 100 gm Egg Whole: 2 Bread: 4 slices Butter:10 gm, Ketchup: 10 gm Coriander, Capsicum, green chilli, Pepper.
This makes sandwiches. Boil the potato and eggs and keep them ready. In a container, mash all the potatoes and the eggs and form a stuffing. To this, add salt, Pepper, butter, coriander, capsicum and green chillies. Mash this mixture for some more time and keep this aside. Now take the pieces and form sandwiches with them( a piece). Keep this aside and slightly heat a Tawa. When the Tawa is slightly heated, keepbthe flame at alow and place the sandwiches and let this slightly cook up on the Tawa. If you want to add some oil at this stage, you can. After a quick while, just turn around and cook this for another short while. Your tasty oil free sandwich is ready. You can use ketchup as per your macros.
