• Whole wheat atta – 50 g • Broccoli – 60–70 g (½ floret), finely grated • Onion – 20 g, finely diced • Green chilli – 1 small, finely chopped • Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp • Chilli flakes – ¼ tsp • Hing – 1 pinch • Salt – as per taste • Water – as required for kneading • Ghee - 2 ml
️⃣ Prep the broccoli Wash and finely grate the broccoli. ️⃣ Mix the ingredients In a bowl combine: • Atta • Grated broccoli • Finely diced onions • Green chilli • Red chilli powder • Chilli flakes • Hing • Salt ️⃣ Knead the dough Add small amounts of water and knead everything together into a soft dough. ️⃣ Rest the dough Let it rest for minutes. ️⃣ Roll the paratha Divide the dough and roll into – rotis/parathas. ️⃣ Cook Cook on a hot tawa until golden brown spots appear on both sides. (use ml ghee) ️⃣ Serve Enjoy hot with Creamy Paneer Protein Dip (recipe shared earlier).
