60gm wheat flour 30gm defatted soya flour 15gm oil 150gm bottle gourd 100gm carrots Fenugreek leaves (fresh methi, I didn’t measure) Chilli garlic paste Spices of your choice Half lemon A pinch of baking soda Mustard & sesame seeds for tempering
Method 🌸 In a bowl add all the veggies, flours and spices along with chilli garlic paste. 🌸 Mix everything well and make a dough. 🌸 The dough will be a little sticky so grease your palms with oil to make the muthia rolls. 🌸 Make small sized ball from the dough and make the shape as shown in the video and steam it for at least - mins or until a clean fork comes out of it. 🌸 Once steamed well, cut them into bite sizes For the tempering Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and sesame seeds and toss the muthias until they turn slightly crispy golden on the outside. Enjoy with hot cup of chai ☕️ or dahi!
