π©βπ³ Instructions: . Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta in water until cooked, then set aside. . Roast the bell pepper: Roast the red bell pepper over a flame until slightly charred. . SautΓ©: In a pan, add ghee and sautΓ© garlic, onion, and paneer. . Blend: Let it cool, then blend the sautΓ©ed mixture with the roasted bell pepper and a little water into a smooth paste. . Make the sauce: Pour the paste back into the pan. Add salt, oregano, and chilli flakes. . Combine: Add the boiled pasta and mix well. . Finish: Add cheese slices at the end and let them melt for a creamy texture.
