Coconut water – 80–100 ml (1 mould) Sabja seeds – ½ tsp Monk fruit sweetener (or stevia) – a pinch Optional: few drops lemon juice / tiny fruit bits
Add sabja seeds directly into coconut water Let it soak for – mins (they will swell) Add sweetener + mix well Pour into popsicle mould Freeze for – hours / overnight Demould & enjoy anytime
