20 grams No BS Oats

20 grams Sooji

50 grams Curd

Method

Step 1

Mix grams No Bs Oats, Grams Sooji and gram curd together. Add a little water to form a consistent batter type paste. Make sure the batter is thick. Add a pinch of eno or baking soda and mix well. Add the batter on Idli maker/steamer. Steam for approximately minutes. The idlis are ready
