50 grm besan 50 grm amul low fat paneer 50 grm tomato 50 grm onions 10 grm garlic 10 grm ginger 1 green chilly( if you like) coriander (handful) if you like 200 grm greek yogurt Oil spray

Method

Step 1

Grind all the ingredients other than paneer.. batter is ready crumble paneer.. Add haldi, jeera powder, salt, red mirch powder and water ( if required) Spread on a hot tawa and spray oil (cook with lid on it) and enjoy with greek yogurt
