Ingredients

Broccoli – 100g (blanched) Paneer – 30g (for gravy) Garlic – 10 cloves (5 for paste + 5 for sautΓ©) Mixed veggies – 200g (bell peppers + mushrooms) Butter / Oil – 5g butter OR 1 tsp oil Mixed herbs – 1 tsp Chilli flakes – ½–1 tsp Salt – to taste Water – as needed

Method

Step 1

Blanch broccoli (– mins). Grind: broccoli + paneer + garlic cloves + herbs + chilli flakes. Heat butter/oil β†’ sautΓ© chopped garlic. Add veggies β†’ cook till slightly soft. Add green paste β†’ mix well. Add salt, adjust spices & water. Simmer – mins β†’ serve hot with rice
