Onion (raw) – 200 g Low-fat paneer – 80 g, cubed Green peas (raw) – 50 g Ghee – 5 g (1 tsp) Milk (toned) – 100 ml Cashew nuts – 6 g (2 pieces) Kasuri methi – 3 g (1 tbsp) Cinnamon – 1 small piece Green cardamom – 1 Black pepper – 1 long Salt – to taste Garam masala - 1 to 2 pinch Water – as required
Heat ghee in a pan. Add cinnamon, cardamom, and peppercorns. Add onions and sauté till soft and translucent. Blend sautéed onions with cashews, milk, and kasuri methi into a smooth paste. Transfer paste to a kadhai and cook on low flame. Add water gradually to achieve medium-thick consistency. Add green peas and simmer for – minutes. Add paneer cubes and salt. Cook gently for – minutes. Switch off flame once flavours come together. sprinkle garam masala and mixwell Serve hot with roti or rice
