1 cup masoor dal (soaked for 4 hours) 4 tbsp isabgol 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup yoghurt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 tsp pumpkin seeds 1 tsp sunflower seeds 1 tsp poppy seeds
Blend together the drained masoor dal, yoghurt, isabgol, olive oil, lemon juice, baking powder & baking soda to a paste. Shape into balls and place on a baking sheet. Top with some seeds and bake at a temperature of C for minutes till the buns are browned a little. Remove. Cool well before serving.
