๐๐ปSoak the matar or dried white peas overnight or for to hours. ๐๐ปDrain and pressure cook in to cups of water till the matar is completely cooked. ๐๐ปlet them cool down ๐๐ป Chop tomato, onion, green chillis and ginger and add to the boiled matar. ๐๐ป In the boiled matar, add the dry spice powders one by one - chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, amchur powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. ๐๐ปMix the matar till all the flavours get mingled, for about to minutes. ๐๐ป Add lemon to make it tangier, and donโt forget to add pickles, green chilli and onions as a salad. ๐๐ป Grill the kulcha with butter and enjoy your street-style matar kulcha๐
