Spices (Kashmiri mirch,black pepper,salt,green chilly,ginger-garlic few Clove)
Ghee
Fresh coriander
Pressure cook overnight soaked moong add salt yo taste
Add. Oiled moong in mixer jar add all the above mentioned ingredients in jar and make smooth paste
Add ghee in a pan add the paste of moong in pan and let if cook untill it turns dry
After cooling make kebabs and either airfry if or add ghee in nonstick and cook it
Serve if with salad or chutney
