Step : Prep Soak moong dal β grind into smooth batter with water. It should be in Wwater like consistency. Step : Cook Magic β¨ Heat pan + tsp oil Pour batter, keep stirring continuously It thickens into a glossy, khandvi-like gel texture Step : Set Once it starts leaving the pan β switch off Spread evenly on greased plate Cool completely Step : Cut & Serve Cut into cubes / stripsβΈ Eat soft OR pan-fry for crisp edges Toss in tadka for full flavour bomb π₯
