One tablespoon honey or maple syrup or 1 spoon of stevia: stevia has no calories so I have used stevia 4. One scoop of chocolate whey: 120 calories 5. One table spoon nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, or any nut butter of your choice): 98 calories 6. One spoon baking soda: No calories 7. Optional add-ins: Chopped nuts, dried fruit, or chocolate chips

Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, nut butter, and honey/maple syrup. Mix until well combined. If you're using any optional add-ins, mix them in at this stage. . Form the balls: Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands. Place the balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. . Air fry: Place the plate or baking sheet into the air fryer. Cook for about - minutes, or until the balls are firm and slightly crispy on the outside. Make sure to check on them halfway through and turn them for even cooking. . Cool and store: Allow the balls to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. They can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
