Oats - 50 gms
Butter / any coocking oil - 15 ml
Cumin seeds, mustard seeds,turmeric, salt
Peanuts - 10 gms
Onion,tomato, green chilli and other veggies of your choice - 150 gms
Step : Take a pan, add butter and heat it
Step : Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and green chilli
Step : Add onion and fry until golden brown, also add little turmeric.
Step : Add all the vegetables, add salt as per taste and saute them for sometime
Step : Add some water and give it a good mix
Step : Finally add oats and cook till the extra water disappear
