spinach , cashews ,cardamom , cinnamon, cumin seeds and panner , wheat
. rinse clean palak ( grams ) throughout in a large pot filled with water .
add half tea spoon oil to the pan and add green chillies now add palak and cashew nuts (/ pieces) saute them
transfer them to blender and add pour water to make it puree. try to keep it thick and smooth
gravy preparation :- heat butter ( tbs) and oil (/ spoon) add whole spices :- cardamom , cinnamon, cumin seeds add onions and saute them till it turns golden and then add ginger garlic paste add tomato puree one they are cooked then add garam masala saute them till the good smell comes
once gravy is done then add the palak puree and cook them
add chopped panner ( grams ) and give them a good stir
Serve them along with chapati
