Besan-40 grm Amul low fat paneer-150 grm Amul mozzarella cheese-40 grm Onion-80 grm Tomato-60 grm Coriander-handful Green chilli- 1 Oil-10-15 sprays of olive oil Basic masala For serving- Greek yogurt 200 grm or green chutney
Make paste of green chilli and coriander and tomato Make paste of onions In a pan, spray olive oil and cook chilly tomato pase first.. after it drys a bit add haldi, dhaniya powder and salt..after that add onion paste and cook( you can add hot water in between). After that, add paste of paneer and lil hot water and cook completely until it becomes smooth ( wonโt take more than - min) keep flame for on low always. ( you can spray olive oil in between once or twice as required). Make batter of besan, red mirch and salt with water ( it should be lil liquidy). Start making thin chilla with olive oil spray..cook one side and spread cheese and then paneer masala and cook until cheese melts or you get the colour. Serve with grm greek yogurt. Notes- Use cast iron tawa and make thin two chilla. You can also replace greek yogurt with green chutney if your protein requirements are low. Also, texture is key of this.
