4 rice paper sheets
paneer 100 gram
½ cup cabbage finely chopped
¼ cup carrot grated
2 tbsp capsicum / bell pepper
1 tbsp spring onion
1 tsp ginger-garlic
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce (optional) 1 tsp olive oil
Saute garlic, cabbage, carrot & capsicum for – min
Add g crumbled paneer, salt, pepper & little soy sauce. Mix and cool
Dip rice paper sheet in warm water (– sec) until soft
Add filling in center, fold sides and roll like dumpling.
Steam – min or pan crisp lightly. Serve hot.
