• 30 g mini soya chunks • 100 g curd (dahi) • 1–2 tbsp milk (for smoother consistency) • 50 g pomegranate seeds • ½ tsp roasted jeera powder • Black salt to taste • A pinch of regular salt (optional)
️⃣ Take g mini soya chunks and soak them in hot boiled water with a pinch of salt for about – minutes until they soften. ️⃣ Drain the water completely and gently squeeze the chunks to remove excess water. ️⃣ In a bowl, take g curd and whisk it with a little milk to get a smooth and creamy texture. ️⃣ Add black salt and freshly roasted jeera powder to the curd mixture and mix well. ️⃣ Now add the softened soya chunks and pomegranate seeds. ️⃣ Mix everything gently and your protein-packed raita is ready!
