Besan – 50 g • Soya flour – 25 g • Grated bottle gourd (lauki) • Green chilli, turmeric, salt • Dhania & a pinch of hing • Water (as needed) • Oil – 5 g (for cooking)
Mix all ingredients with water to make a smooth batter. Cook small cheelas on a hot tawa using minimal oil. Makes cheelas.
