Add rava and curd in a bowl. Add salt and combine well.
Now add water to the mixture and adjust the consistency.
Rest this batter for -min.
Heat a nonstick pan and pour rava batter into uttapam.
Top with the mixture of onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilly and ginger.
Pour -gm oil around uttapam.
Cover and cook it until the base is cooked properly.
Flip over and cook both sides of uttapam.
Finally, uttapam is ready. Enjoy it with chutney.
