wheat flour -80g soya flour-65g paneer-80g ajwain -5g salt to taste

To prepare dough for bati Mix soya chunks powder, wheat flour, ghee & ajwain. Keep dough for – minutes
For filling : Mash paneer & mix pudina & green chilli in it, spices as per your taste.
Fill bati’s with thhs Masala & bake them in bati oven or OTG @°fpr - min
prepare dal as normal with tempering of tomato jilli,ginger, garlic...serve hot with bati n chutney
