Soya chunks - 50 gms Sooji - 70 gms Garlic - 7 to 8 cloves Green chillies - 2 Jeera - spoonful salt to taste eno - 1 sachet Oil - 5 gms
Soak the soya chunks in hot water and leave it aside for mins.. After that, squeeze all the excess water and keep it aside for it to cool down. . In a mixer jar, add in the soya chunks, sooji, garlic,jeera and chillies and grind it to a smooth paste . . Empty the batter into a vessel and then add salt as per your taste and mix it well . Now add eno and give it a good mix. Your soya dosa batter is now ready. Keep it aside for at least - hrs for better taste. Enjoy it with coconut/peanut/tomato chutney or you can have it as it is.
