Soya chunks 40gms
Mango 130 gms
Milk 150 ml
Mixed nuts 5gms
Soak the soya chunks in hot water for mins and then squeeze the excess water out. Put all the above ingredients in blender and blend till the mixture is smooth And thats it!!! Additional notes: You can replace mango with any fruits like banana/ strawberries/ muskmelon/ apple If you want to use less milk and you don't want a very thick consistency, add a little water and sugar free as per taste.
