40g raw rice

50g paneer

black pepper

spices of choice

Method

Step 1

Soak soya chunks and squeeze them

Step 2

add gm oil and add veggies and saute them

Step 3

add rice and soya chunks

Step 4

Mix everything and sprinkle black pepper and peri peri masala if you like spicy..

Step 5

Serve with Curd or Chutney
