Suji 100g

Soya Flour 60g

Dal 60g

Mustard seeds

Eno

Curd 100g

Oil 5g

Method

Step 1

In a pan dry roast suji and soya flour in a pan and in a separate pan roast mustard seeds and channa dal

Step 2

Once they are roasted let them cool , mix them asking with salt and masala of your choice and add curd and water to make batter

Step 3

Add eno in the mixture and let it rest of - min

Step 4

Boil water in cooker and meanwhile grease the idly pan with oil

Step 5

Put the batter in idly pan , put it in cooker and cover it with a plate

Step 6

Check it after - , and once it is done , take it out and eat hot
