Ingredients

Dhaniya (coriander leaves) – ~50g (Β½ bunch) Pudina (mint leaves) – ~10g (4–5 stems, handful leaves) Raw mango – ~50g (Β½ small) Garlic – 2 cloves (~6g) Green chilies – 2 (~5g) Black salt – as per taste Water – little (for grinding) Base: Pineapple (cut) – 150g

Method

Step 1

Add dhaniya, pudina, raw mango, garlic, green chilies & black salt into a blender. Add a little water and grind into a smooth chutney. Take fresh pineapple pieces in a bowl. Add – tbsp chutney over it. Mix well & enjoy fresh.
