Dhaniya (coriander leaves) β ~50g (Β½ bunch) Pudina (mint leaves) β ~10g (4β5 stems, handful leaves) Raw mango β ~50g (Β½ small) Garlic β 2 cloves (~6g) Green chilies β 2 (~5g) Black salt β as per taste Water β little (for grinding) Base: Pineapple (cut) β 150g
Add dhaniya, pudina, raw mango, garlic, green chilies & black salt into a blender. Add a little water and grind into a smooth chutney. Take fresh pineapple pieces in a bowl. Add β tbsp chutney over it. Mix well & enjoy fresh.
