Chicken breast, charred chillies, onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, salt and sometimes mustard oil, giving it a rustic, smoky, fiery taste.
️⃣ Boil the Chicken • Take –g chicken (with or without bones). • Boil with a little salt until fully cooked. • Shred it finely (remove bones if any). ️⃣ Roast the Chillies • Dry roast – green chillies (or mix of green & dry red) on open flame or pan. • Roast lightly for smoky flavour. ️⃣ Crush the Base In a mortar-pestle (traditional method): • Roasted chillies • full garlic (raw or lightly roasted) • Salt Crush into a coarse paste. ️⃣ Mix Everything • Add shredded chicken • Add finely sliced onions • Fresh coriander (optional) • A few drops of mustard oil (optional but authentic) Mix well by hand for best texture. ️⃣ Finish • Squeeze fresh lime on top.
