🥣 Ingredients: • ½ cup besan (gram flour) • Chopped onion, tomato, spinach • 1 tsp ajwain (optional, for digestion) • Salt & spices to taste • Water to make batter • 1 tsp oil/ghee for cooking

Method

Step 1

️⃣ Mix besan, veggies, spices, and water to form a batter. ️⃣ Heat pan, add little oil. ️⃣ Pour batter and spread like dosa. ️⃣ Cook both sides until golden.
