Thick curd / Greek yogurt – ½ cup Whey protein (chocolate or unflavoured) – ½ scoop Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 tsp Sweetener (optional)
Take ½ cup thick curd / Greek yogurt in a bowl.
Add ½ scoop whey protein.
Add tsp cocoa powder
Add a little water if needed (– tbsp) to avoid lumps.
Whisk well until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for – minutes.
Serve chilled.
