40g suji

20g paneer

Half scoop unflavoured whey

Veggies

2g oil

Mustard seeds optional

Method

Step 1

Soak suji in water for mins

Step 2

Add whey half scoop unflavoured

Step 3

Veggies of your choice

Step 4

Grate g paneer and give it good mix

Step 5

Lightly grease pan with g oil and add mustard seeds

Step 6

Pour the mix in pan and let it cook as pancake or bhurji

Step 7

Serve with coriander chutney no sugar
