๐Ingredients๐ โก๏ธCrunchy Muesli -25 gm
โก๏ธ oats-25gm
โก๏ธAlmonds -50gm
โก๏ธ peanut butter -20gm
โก๏ธchocolate flavoured whey protein - 66gm(2 scoops)
โก๏ธ dry dates -10 pieces(50 gm)
โก๏ธDry figs - 6 pieces (30gm)
โก๏ธbanana- 1 medium (80gm)
โก๏ธcrushed butterscotch nuts-20gm( for topping๐๐คฉ)
Grind all the dry fruits and make keep the mix aside. . Mix the crunchy muesli and oats to make a cereal mix. . Now combine the dry fruits mix, the cereal mix and add the mashed banana, peanut butter and whey protein scoops gradually. . Your protein bar mix is ready. Now line a tray with parchment paper or cling film and spread the mix evenly. . I got gm of the mix. So made equal size bars out of them.
