For the Dough: • Wheat flour – 80g • Defatted soya flour – 40g • Oil – 5g • Salt + Water (as needed)
For the Filling: • Finely chopped carrot ,Cabbage ,Ginger + Garlic, Green chilli , Spring onion • Salt + Pepper
Mix wheat flour, soya flour, salt, and then add water to knead a soft dough and let it rest for minutes. Meanwhile, sauté ginger, garlic, and green chilli in a little oil, add chopped veggies, cook on high flame for – minutes, and season with salt and pepper. Roll the dough into thin circles, fill and shape the momos, then steam for – minutes until soft and cooked through. Serve hot.
