Ingredients

Potatoes - 200 gms

Paneer - 75 gms

Ghee - 8 gms

Peanut - 10 gms ( crushed roughly)

salt, green chilli, red chilli powder as per taste

Method

Step 1

Chop potatoes and paneer into small cubes

Step 2

Chop green chillies finely

Step 3

Add ghee to pan once hot add chopped green chillies saute for a minute

Step 4

Add red chilli powder and saute lightly

Step 5

Add potatoes and saute for a minute

Step 6

Add salt and cover and cook for - minutes

Step 7

Add paneer mix well and cover and cook again for - minutes. It's done 🥰 enjoy your upwas / fast meal.
