Fresh coconut shredded - 40gms
Rice- 80gms
Poha-40gms
Sugar -10gms
Yeast -1/8tsp
Soak rice for atleast hours
Once it's soaked, add all the above mentioned ingredients and grind it with enough water to a fine paste
The batter should be watery..
Leave it to ferment for -hrs
Mix it well and again keep it aside for an hour
After and hour, use the froth on top of the batter to make appam on appam pan
Enjoy with stew curyy
