Ingredients:- 200 gm pealed apple 5 gm Ghee 1 dry red chilli Half teaspoon fenugreek seeds Half teaspoon fennel seeds A pinch asafoetida Black salt as per taste One teaspoon lemon juice
Boil the apple in pressure cooker adding some water till get soft. After boiling the apple mash them completely and make a paste. Now put the apple paste in pan and cook it on medium flame till it become some thick and no water is there. Now in ghee cracker the fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds. Then put the asafoetida and dry Chilli for few seconds. Now add this in apple paste and add black salt and lemon juice also and apple chutney is ready.
