Ingredients Oats - 400gm Casein protein - 60gm Skim milk - 110ml Mashed Banana- 160gm Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Chia seeds - 25gm Apple - 180gm Egg - 2 Medium
Pre heat oven @ deg C
Mash bananas and add it to the baking dish. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
bake it for - min; take it out and let it cool and enjoy☺️❤️
