60gms avocado 🥑

50gms spinach 🥬

100gms Greek yogurt

50ml cows milk🥛

60gms banana 🍌

1 scoop (30gms) whey protein pwd (vanilla)

a pinch of chia seeds

25 gms cherry🍒

30gms granola

Method

Step 1

Chop the 🍌 & 🥑 and freeze ❄️

Step 2

Add the frozen fruits along with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.

Step 3

Blend till smooth, transfer into bowl 🥣

Step 4

Sprinkle the granola on top.

Step 5

Garnish with some cherry🍒 and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
