Soya 50gm

Maida 100gm

Oil 20gm

Ajwain

Jira

Saunf

Sauce 10gm

Method

Step 1

Boil the soya - > Drain Water -> Grind them

Step 2

Use gm of oil and make soya filling masala in kadhai.

Step 3

Take gm maida -> Most of the remaining oil-> Add Ajwain-> Add Saunf-> Pinch of soda -> Add salt.

Step 4

Knead maida with warm water and don't make it too soft.

Step 5

Make small balls from dough and add make samosa pocket.

Step 6

Use water to close the Samosa.

Step 7

Set microwave at °C .

Step 8

Brush the Samosa with the remaining oil and put it in a microwave oven for minutes.

Step 9

Turn them after halftime.

Step 10

Serve them hot with chutney.
