1 ripe banana (about 110 gms)

150 ml milk

20 gms peanut butter

Method

Step 1

Put banana, milk and peanut butter in a jar and blend till the texture is creamy and smooth. . Pour the smoothie in a glass. Add dry fruits if you like. You can also add cinnamon powder or vanilla essence for more delicious flavour.
